treatment recommendations can be offered. Some spinal neurologic diseases, such as many of the spinal degenerative disorders, either are not treatable or have no globally accepted treatment. For those diseases with established treatments, general treatments include either non-surgical (medical) or surgical treatments. Rehabiliation, physical therapy, and pain management are also important aspects of treatment of spinal diseases.
